Favorite Bible Verse: Ps 34:15 The eyes of the LORD are
upon the righteous, and his ears are open unto their
cry.
A. Why? As a mother of young ones, I rearrange
my rearview mirror to look at my babies. Not solely to
monitor in case they get out of line, this is only a
matter of time, but to enjoy the sight of them because
they are mine. I enjoy their smile, endless chatter,
silly questions and I do not want to miss anything even
when their actions and reactions are predictable. It is
nice to know, the Lord being the ultimate mother and
father, can’t keep His eyes off us.
Biblical Hero outside of Christ: Peter||
A. Why? He wasn’t afraid to stand up for the
Lord. Yes, he made a mistake and he will forever be
remembered for that mistake ; however, knowing this he
still made a conscious decision to serve the Lord and
even became a mentor to those who waivered from the
faith among other wonderful things. Also in Christ’s
infinity wisdom, He told Peter “and on this rock I will
build my church, and the gates of hell will not overcome
it.” Again in the Garden, He told them to tell
specifically Peter that He had arose. Everything was
okay. Christ knew who he was and what he did and yet He
still loved Peter with no regrets.
