"Prayer Pal Month"

I would like to invite you and your church membership to join us in what I will coin as the Sound of Joy’s first designated "PRAYER PAL MONTH." We are designating August as our "annual" effort to bring the all important needs, of God’s people and their intercessory prayers into the lives of those confined and many times desolated from society.

Perhaps many are somewhat reluctant to join one of our other programs such as "Adopt a Resident" but Praying for one another is such a tremendous and neglected ministry that we (as Christians) have available to us! God help us to utilize this power! If you, or any of your congregation are interested in participating, please contact us (telephone, e-mail — however you are able) and we can give you the name of a resident in which we are personally aware of their deep need for prayer. The concept of this program is simple. "PRAYER PAL MONTH" is to ask Christians who participate to PRAY for this resident everyday for 31 days (the month of August)

Lastly, we thank you for all the prayer and support that you are giving to this ministry. God has (and is) truly blessing these efforts. Be steadfast, unmovable, always abounding in the work of the Lord!!
