We Believe...

The Scriptures (II Tim 3:16; II Pet 1:19-21)

    We believe that the Bible is divinely inspired, verbally, plenarily and that
    it is inerrant in the original autographs.

    We believe that the Bible is preserved in the King James Bible 1611 Version.

    We believe that the scriptures are the final authority in all matters of faith and life.

The Person of God (Eph 4:4-6; Matt 28:18; John 15:26; II Cor 13:14)

    We believe in one self existent, infinite and incomprehensible God who exists in the Godhead where there are three eternal and co-equal Persons; the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit.

    We believe that in the unity of the Godhead there are three Persons, the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit, equal in every Divine perfection and executing distinct but harmonious offices.

The Person of Jesus Christ (Heb 1:3; Rom 5:9; I Cor 15:3,4)

    We believe in the virgin birth, incarnation and the deity of Jesus Christ.

    We believe that Jesus Christ lived a sinless life and shed His atoning blood for the sin of all mankind.

    We believe that Jesus Christ died a vicarious death on a cross; was buried, and rose again (bodily) on the third day according to the scriptures.

    We believe that Jesus Christ physically ascended into Heaven and is now seated on the right hand of God (as our High Priest) and is making intercession to God the Father on our behalf.

The Person of the Holy Spirit (Acts 5:3,4; John 15:26; Eph 1:13,14)

    We believe the Holy Spirit to be the third Person of the trinity and co-equal, eternal and possessing the same substance and attributes as The Father and The Son.

    We believe that the work of The Holy Spirit is to bring the lost to a saving faith in The Son Jesus Christ. Believers are baptized, indwelt, sealed and preserved with the Holy Spirit at their time of salvation.

    We believe that the Holy Spirit fills, guides, empowers and teaches the Christian believer in their daily walk.

The Fall of Man (Gen 1:27; Rom 5:12; Rom 5:19; 1 Cor 15:47)

    We believe that man was originally created, by God, in His image and likeness.

    We believe that through one man's (Adam's sin) disobedience the results of a fallen state was imputed (or charged) to every member of the race.

    We believe that as sin was imputed to mankind because of Adam's disobedience, so righteousness can be imputed because of Christ's obedience.

Salvation of Sinners (Rom 8:29; Colo 1:14; Eph 2:8)

    We believe that salvation is available to mankind by the foreknowledge and election of God; the shed blood of Jesus Christ and His substitution death; the propagation and conviction of the Holy Spirit, and the repentant heart and exercised faith of a believer.

Eternal Security (Eph 1:13,14; I Thess 5:9)

    We believe that once a believer is saved they are sealed with the promise of the Holy Spirit and eternally secure in salvation and will not have to endure the future wrath of God.

The Church (Acts 1:8-11; Matt 28:19; Colo 1:18; John 14:3; 1 Thess 4:17)

    We believe that the birth of the Church started on the day of Pentecost.

    We believe the resurrection/ascension of Christ and the baptism of the Holy Spirit being necessary before the Church could be established.

    We believe that the Church is a local body of called out believers whose mission is to love, obey and glorify God; evangelize the world; baptize and instruct believers; and to prepare for Jesus' return.

    We believe that Christ is the head and the cornerstone of the church and that each individual member is spiritually baptized into the body of Christ.

    We believe and follow the two ordinances that Christ gave unto the church; The Lord's Supper and (full immersion) water Baptism (to identify us with Christ's death, burial and resurrection and as an act of obedience).

    We believe in a pre-tribulation rapture in which Christ (the Bridegroom) will visibly meet the church (the bride) in the air prior to the beginning of the seven years of tribulation.

Heaven and Hell (John 3:16-18; Rev 20:14,15; John 14:1-4; 1 Pet 1:4 )

    We believe in a literal and very real Heaven and Hell.

    We believe that those who are “in Christ” and have experienced true salvation birth and regeneration have an eternal place in Heaven.

    We believe that those who reject Christ and refuse his saving graces will have their eternal abode in Hell which will include everlasting torment.

Satan and His Fallen Angels (Ezek 28:11-19; 1 Pet 5:8; Rev 20:10)

    We believe Satan is a created being who sinned, and therefore was thrown out of Heaven and currently roams the earth seeking whom he may devour. He is the adversary of every Christian and the deceiver of every lost man. His judgment is imminent where he will be cast into the Lake of Fire.


There are of course other beliefs that we hold dear, but these are the foundation of all else that we believe and what we do during our time of ministry.
